Premal Niranjan Shah holds an MBA from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai University. He began his career in advertising with Lintas (Lowe) and Percept, where he worked on prestigious brands such as Lifebuoy and Reid & Taylor. In 2002, Premal co-founded Rex Enterprises with Ragesh Bhatia. Initially, Rex Enterprises focused on producing printed promotional materials and brand displays for large corporations. In 2012, Premal along with Ragesh D. Bhatia started Rexpro Enterprises Private Limited, setting the stage for in-house manufacturing. Under his leadership, the company expanded into retail store fit-outs and ventured into new markets, including commercial furniture and engineering sectors like noise barriers and platform doors for metro systems. Premal has a strong interest in finance and strategically manages the company's funds in a disciplined manner.

Ravishankar Sriramamurthi Malla

Whole Time Director

Ravishankar Sriramamurthi Malla holds an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University and brings over 10 years of experience in corporate roles across marketing, retail rollouts, customer marketing, and procurement with companies such as Videocon, Godrej, Hindustan Unilever, and L’Oréal. He joined the business in 2015, initially working within one of the group companies. In 2020, Ravi became a Director at Rexpro Enterprises, where he manages key accounts and specializes in overseeing ultra-large format stores. Ravishankar has been instrumental in identifying innovative methods for faster production and better finishing

Minesh Anilbhai Chovatia

Whole Time Director

Minesh Anilbhai Chovatia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mumbai University. He began his professional journey in the Information Technology (IT) sector, where he gained valuable experience before transitioning to the metal powder coating industry. His diverse background has equipped him with a unique blend of analytical skills and industry-specific knowledge. In 2020, Minesh joined the company as a Director, bringing his expertise to the forefront of the organization. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing procurement and vendor management. His primary focus is on optimizing the purchase and supply chain processes, ensuring that the company maintains strong relationships with its vendors while achieving cost efficiencies and maintaining high-quality standards. Minesh's leadership in this area has been instrumental in driving the company's operational success and growth.

Ragesh Deepak Bhatia

Whole Time Director

Ragesh Deepak Bhatia earned his MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute and began his career in digital printing and advertising with Ogilvy. In 2002, he co-founded Rex Enterprises with Premal Shah and later became a co-founder of Rexpro Enterprises Private Limited. Ragesh focuses on design and handles key accounts in the FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle sectors for the company.

Arshita Singh

Non-Executive Independent Director

Arshita Singh is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and LL.B. (B.B.A. LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2019. She has also pursued LL.M in Business Law from NLU Jabalpur, M.P. in 2022. She is a Practising Advocate handling civil and corporate litigations before various Tribunals and Courts in Mumbai and providing legal advisory. She is enrolled in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2019 and holds a Certificate of Practice issued by the Bar Council of India. She has an experience of more than 4 years in the legal field.

Paras Tushar Shah

Paras Tushar Shah is Non-Executive Independent director of our Company. He is qualified Chartered Accountant since year 2013 and also hold certificate of practice. He has experience of working with reputed Audit firms in Pune and total experience of more than 10 years in audit and taxation field.

Dilip Kumar Swarnkar

Dilip Kumar Swarnkar is Non-Executive Independent director of our Company. He is qualified Company Secretary and Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since year 2016. Further he also holds certificate of practice since year 2022. He has completed his Bachelor degree in commerce from Devi Ahilya University, Indore in the year 2014. He has versatile experience of more than 8 years in the corporates including BSE LTD around 4 years.

Jyoti Prajapati

Khushboo Nilesh Rawat

Company Secretary

Khushboo Nilesh Rawat, aged 31 years, has been the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company since August 10, 2024. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2015. Khushboo completed her graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University in 2013. With approximately eight years of experience in secretarial and compliance roles, she has worked with various business houses, both listed and unlisted.
